Three Times a Day Community Meals

Serving Hope. Sharing Love. Feeding the Hungry.

At the Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission, we believe that a warm meal can do more than satisfy hunger — it can open hearts, restore hope, and remind each person that they are loved by God. Every day, 365 days a year, we serve three community meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — to anyone in need, free of charge.

Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, struggling to make ends meet, or simply in need of fellowship, our doors are always open. No one is ever turned away.

Meal Schedule

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM (SUNDAYS 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM)

  • Lunch: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (SUNDAYS 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

  • Dinner: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Each meal is freshly prepared and served with love by staff and volunteers who believe that serving others is serving Christ.

More Than a Meal

Our dining room is a place of community and compassion. Guests not only receive nourishment for their bodies but encouragement for their souls. Each mealtime includes an opportunity for prayer, fellowship, and a friendly conversation — reminding everyone that they are seen, valued, and loved by God.

Through the simple act of sharing a meal, we build connections, offer hope, and share the love of Jesus in a practical, meaningful way.

How You Can Help

Your partnership makes this ministry possible! Here’s how you can join us in feeding our community:

  • Volunteer: Help prepare, serve, or clean up during mealtimes.

  • Donate:

    • $20 = 5 meals

    • $40 = 10 meals

    • $80 = 20 meals

    • $150 = 1 week of meals and shelter

  • Pray: Keep our guests, volunteers, and staff in your prayers as we serve daily in Christ’s name.

Together, we can ensure that no one in our community goes hungry — physically or spiritually.
